Navigare nel mondo lavorativo di oggi richiede un livello di autorità adattabile a un contesto in continua trasformazione sul piano tecnico, culturale e sociopolitico.
Chi opera nelle organizzazioni deve bilanciare un approccio collaborativo e connesso al mondo esterno con la capacità di competere su piani diversi.
Attraverso l’organizzazione temporanea della conference è possibile sperimentare, partecipare e riflettere su dinamiche di collaborazione, interdipendenza e competizione con l’obbiettivo di migliorare le proprie capacità di trasformare e sviluppare i sistemi organizzativi di cui facciamo parte.
I partecipanti della conference avranno l’opportunità’ di:
Esplorare aspetti emotivi e irrazionali della vita organizzativa e l’impatto che ciascuno di noi ha sugli altri
Sperimentare diversi ruoli e livelli di autorità in contesti e situazioni differenziate
Riconoscere e riflettere sugli aspetti sistemici della vita organizzativa
Sviluppare capacità di trasformare il proprio ruolo e contesto organizzativo
Generare nuove idee e modalità d’intervento per creare organizzazioni sostenibili
Training Group: e’ previsto un gruppo differenziato per persone che abbiano partecipato ad almeno due Group Relations Conferences
Dal 29 marzo al 1 aprile 2012, organizzato dal 1998 in collaborazione da CESMA, IL NODO group e TAVISTOCK, si terrà la 15° edizione del Seminario sulle Relazioni di Gruppo Il seminario si terrà a Gazzada presso il Centro Convegni Villa Cagnola (a 5 km da Varese, 19 km da Malpensa, 28 km da Arona, 38 km da Lugano, 51 km da Milano, 59 km da Linate, 86 km da Orio al Serio)

Learning from the experience of what unfolds is fostered by keeping in mind the social, systemic, & unconscious processes which inform relationships among people
in groups and organizations.
These influence both the production and the loss of efficiency and creativity on the one hand, and the management or resistance to change on the other. Understanding
these dynamics is very important for managers, leaders and trainers, and in general for anyone who wishes to be effective and task- oriented.
ALI will provide an organizational experience of participation as members in a managed environment.
ALI provide a possibility to study oneself in the context of the task, of the group and of the inter-group processes.
ALI represents a unique opportunity to learn from experience: the residential setting is an essential component of the learning process.
By living and working together for 4 days, and with the consultants’ help, participants will be able to observe and study in the “here and now” the relational and organizational
processes that may go unnoticed in their daily environment.
Particular emphasis is placed on applying what is learned to the working context of the participants. The members backgrounds will bring different perspectives to the issues at hand.
ALI includes multiple events and variously sized groups which facilitate a mix of learning experiences. This unique and
sophisticated training model is informed by the work, research and tradition of the TAVISTOCK Clinic and is associated with the “Leicester Conference” approach.
ALI is specially suited for those employed in industry and trade, public administration, social and health services, education, the administration of justice, charitable
and no-profit organizations. The prerequisite is a real desire to learn from participation in the Conference experience.
The working language will be Italian.
English can be a second language depending on membership registration.
Groups may be both in Italian and in English.
Foreign participants are encouraged to register even if they are not fully fluent in Italian, as the experience of working in two languages offers an opportunity for observing unchallenged cultural assumptions.
PRIMARY TASK - ALI has the primary task to explore authority, leadership and change as it happens, in relation to socio political, cultural, spiritual and unconscious
dimensions which inform intergroup and interpersonal relationships in groups, organizations and systems.
